Subject: swimming and muscle growth

Hi there, I’m 15 years old and I’m Portuguese. My name is Roderigo. I've read Natural Hormonal Enhancement and I have a question. I recently started swimming. Do I need to go to the gym to see my muscles grow or is swimming enough?

At 15 years of age your muscles are growing anyway even without exercise. Swimming does not provide enough resistance to cause significant muscle growth nor is it ideal for enhancing firmness or tone. Swimming improves cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance. For you I believe 50% swimming and 50% weight training would be better than 100% weight training. Building cardiovascular fitness during the years when you are physically maturing will pay dividends in adulthood.
